I was honoured to be recognised as a finalist for the Outstanding Primary Principal's Award, recognising my commitment to educational excellence, instructional leadership, and building school cultures where every student can succeed. This experience has further strengthened my passion for leading schools that embrace evidence-based practices, foster high expectations, and continually seek opportunities to improve outcomes for every learner.
